Tiger's Eye is an essence for the self, for self-fulfilment, for self-assurance, for self-knowledge. Knowledge of the Self is recognition of one's strengths and weaknesses and acceptance of them as well. Only through acceptance can we change. We must recognise, accept and then release whatever no longer serves us in order to change. Tiger's Eye helps us to do this.
