Compassion, a deep, benevolent caring that often arises out of sorrow, is so needed in our world today. Living amidst the chaos of ongoing crises that rack humanity and devastate our planet, it is easy to feel alienated, to withdraw, to narrow one’s focus in order to numb oneself and to cease to see and experience the pain.

Confidence is a crucial ingredient for a successful life. True confidence is the ability to be self-reliant, to know that you are able to cope, that you can depend upon yourself and that you are enough. Confidence is innate and is not dependent on outside validation. Its importance and fragility is often overlooked. Without it, you are not able move into full maturity as a human being. With confidence you can make choices to grow and become more, without it you are governed by fear and thus your reality contracts.

Making choices is an integral part of life. Our choices have far reaching impact on our lives – how we perceive the world, what we think and feel, what attitudes we hold and what we believe to be true. Conscious choice is made when we focus and align our intention and attention.

Inspiration is that mysterious something that sparks your passion and the exceptional in you, it calls you to be more, to expand yourself, to heal the old wounds and to be willing to let go of the excuses you allow to hold you back. Inspiration also sparks your momentum, motivating you to reassess and restructure your goals, to triumph in the life you have created for yourself, it lifts you beyond fear. 

The resonance of joy can lift us to a different dimension. Beyond happiness, there is a joy that has no name. When we delve into its mystery, its unrealised power, when we touch it, we are changed by it. 

Luminous power is the ability to act with integrity, dignity, wisdom and innate authority, aligned with the energies of goodness, truth and beauty. It is implementing your principles and ideals with courage and conviction, being willing to be powerful, trusting yourself and taking responsibility for the impact you have. 

Feeling safe, secure and protected, living without fear, is an intrinsic desire for most people. However, in a world besieged by violence, threat and uncertainty it often seems out of reach. As always, resonance is the attractor and fear, anger, pain, envy and other negative emotions lower our resonance and pollute our auras.

For most of us, conditioned to believe that success is a result of doing, achieving and making things happen on our own, receiving is seen as weak or passive. It is our last resort when we have exhausted every other avenue and are at our wits’ end. It is often uncomfortable for us to receive help, love or forgiveness, thus we resist. 

In our world transcendence is usually found in the depths of tragedy, pain, loneliness, violence and despair.
