All paid orders are shipped within 48 hours, to the extent possible.

Orders for France (metropolitan area) as well as other European countries are sent via Colissimo with tracking.

Delivery rates for other countries vary depending on the location and the price of the order. Orders are sent either by post or by Colissimo, depending on the total price of the order (plus an additional one euro per book of over 100 pages and per pack of cards).

We accept orders from the following countries: France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (Royaume-Uni).

When ordering from a country other than France, you are the importer of the product concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union, the price will be automatically calculated without value-added tax on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be due. These taxes are not within the purview of Fleurs de Vie sas. They are your responsibility both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities in your country. We recommend that you inquire about these issues with the local authorities.
