A daily ritual – suggestions from Ian White on the use of the 2026 Essence
Ian suggests to take the 2026 Essence and to add these rituals to it:
In the morning, on rising:
- Take 7 drops of the 2026 Essence under the tongue.
- Breathe in slowly for a count of 4 and then breathe out slowly for a count of 4.
- Ask yourself: What am I choosing to create today?
- Name one clear intention.
Why this works: By consciously setting direction before the day unfolds, your actions stay aligned with purpose rather than reaction, supporting intentional forward momentum.
In the evening on retiring:
- Take 7 drops of the 2026 Essence under the tongue.
- Pause and acknowledge one positive action you took today, however small.
- Ask: What did I begin, change or step into today?
- Allow the day to close without judgement.
Why this works: Reflection brings completion. This ritual helps the day settle, allowing you to recognise progress and begin tomorrow with clarity.
