Use at the first sign of any kind of digestive difficulty. Take one dose and then take another dose one minute later, another dose 2 minutes later, etc, gradually increasing the time between doses, for 15-20 minutes. The key is to take 5 or 6 doses within the first 15-20 minutes. Then take a break of 10 minutes or so and repeat if necessary. This formula is excellent when you are faced with a challenging situation that you have difficulty "stomaching" – a situation that is emotionally so difficult and challenging that it makes you feel physically unwell.
