This essence sensitises one to the natural world, facilitates relating to nature as a source of inspiration and serenity, creating reverence for the Earth and bringing an aware-ness of one's individual responsibility to protect the Planet from exploitation, and one's stewardship of the Planet. It assists in the development of self-love as a consequence of attuning to Nature and seeing oneself reflected as part of the whole.
