Hematite

Grounding. We tend to think that it is only the energy of the 1st chakra that needs to be grounded into the Earth, but in fact this is true for all of the chakras.

Hematite assists in this grounding by cleansing those frequencies that are inharmonious and stabilising those that are in harmony with your path. When your energies are grounded, it is easier to manifest your goals and to receive and embody the higher energies of Love, Joy and Peace.
